There will be a Karate Grading on this coming saturday, 16 October 2010. The program as follow:

1700hrs - Warm Up
1740hrs - Kihon I and Kihon Ido I (White belt and yellow belt)
1800hrs - Kihon II and Kihon Ido II (Green belt and brown belt)
1830hrs - Kumite (Green belt and Brown belt)
1845hrs - Fallout

Please be reminded to bring the following:
1. Sparring Glooves
2. Mouth Guard
